The head of the US State Department Anthony Blinken arrived on Thursday in the Finnish capital of Helsinki.
June 2, Blinken will meet with the Foreign Minister of Finland Pecca Haavisto and Prime Minister San Marine.
He will also meet Finnish leaders and will speak with a program speech about the security situation in Europe, consider the issues of Finland’s membership in NATO and joining the Sweden alliance.
Earlier this week, Blinken visited Norway and Sweden.
He in the capital of Norway took part in an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers in preparation for the upcoming Alliance summit in Vilnius.
