In order to ensure food safety in Azerbaijan and protect the public health of the Laboratory of the Azerbaijani Institute of Safety of Food products (AQTI) are equipped with the most modern devices and equipment.
Laboratory operating at the Institute are regularly involved in professional tests, the necessary measures are taken to pass the accreditation of laboratories and their adaptation to international standards.
As part of such events, the AQTI National Referential Labor has received an international accreditation of the prestigious accreditation structure Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (Dakks).
In the laboratory, research is conducted in all parameters of food safety.
Note that during 2020-2021 the National Reference Laboratory successfully participated in international checks in countries such as Great Britain, France, USA, Poland, for more than 80 indicators.
