Prices in Argentina will be 76% for 2022. This level of inflation was predicted by experts of the Central Bank of the country, Gazeta.ru reports.
, according to the analysts, which the regulator interviewed, in 2023, the price increase may exceed 60%, and in 2024 – 50%.
In March, when concluding an agreement on the settlement of debt to the International Monetary Fund, the government of the country expected inflation in 2022 in the range from 38% to 48%.
Recall that Argentina has been among the last few in a row among countries with the highest inflation. In 2021, prices were 50.9%, in 2020 the figure was at 36.1%, in 2019 – 53.8%, in 2018 – 47.6%.
