The Armenian government at the meeting decided to approve the agreement on the status of the Civil Mission of the European Union, which monitor the situation on the border with Azerbaijan, TASS reports.
“To approve the legislative initiative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia regarding the draft Law of the Republic of Armenia” On ratification of an agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the EU on the status of the EU mission in Armenia “, which was signed on November 20, 2023,” the decree said.
After the government approved the bill, the bill will be sent to the Constitutional Court to discuss its compliance with the country’s chief law, and after that it will be submitted to the parliament for full ratification.
