“Russia will be involved in the process of preparing the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the possible signing of the document does not imply the conclusion of the peacekeeping contingent from Karabakh.” This was stated by the head of the Security Council Armenian Armen Grigoryan, reports Interfax.
He noted that Russia is also interested in the world in the region, unlocking communications, delimiting borders and long-term solutions of the Karabakh problem.
“Russia will be involved in solving these issues,” said Grigoryan.
According to him, “talking about security guarantees, Yerevan also considers the participation of Moscow in building the architecture of this security.
“and I believe that in the long run, the question of the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers should not arise. If we are talking about security guarantees, there must be an international presence, at least a certain time,” said Grigoryan.
To the question of who manages the process of preparing for the signing of the World Agreement, Security Council Secretary replied: “Manages Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Brussels, Washington.”

You know that within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, there are certain differences in connection with geopolitical issues, but the main responsible in the process of preparation for signing the world agreement are Yerevan and Baku.
