The Armenian Defense Ministry refutes rumors about the incident involving Armenian and Azerbaijani military personnel in the area of Lake Garagel.
Earlier in a number of telegram channels, information was distributed about that allegedly on the territory of Lake Garagel in the Zangezo region there was a skirmish between Armenian and Azerbaijani soldiers, as a result of which the Armenian units were surrounded.
Information about the incident also distributed the deputy head of Goris Karen Kocharyan, who said that the Azerbaijani military allegedly tried to advance in the area of Lake Garagel, “however, they met from the side of Armenia.”
