In particular, as reported by Armenian media, the deputy from the opposition block “Armenia” Gegham Nazaryan, commenting on the upcoming appointment, said that “Hovhannisyan cannot be an expert in the Commission of Parliament on Defense and Security issues. First, he must answer for his lies” .
Deputies of the National Assembly are puzzled by the fact that Nobody said anything about the appointment of Hovhannisyan, despite the fact that, according to the Regulations, when deciding on the appointment of an expert, the candidate must be presented to members of the Commission. However, as noted, in Yerevan, the incomprehensible process is now – “the authorities are trying to solve some questions outside the commission.”
