Armenian Foreign Minister ignored CSTO for sake of meeting with European officials

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan did not fly in Dushanbe to a joint meeting of foreign ministers, ministers of defense and secretaries of the CSTO Council for a meeting with European officials. With such information today, Armenian newspaper “Greparak”.

The publication notes that only the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan participated in this meeting from Armenia.
