To ensure the safety of Armenia, must consist in the NATO military unit. A similar opinion is adhered to 34.1% of respondents involved in the sociological survey “Armenia at the crossroads: orientation, priorities and foreign policy expectations.” The survey was conducted by Socies Expert Center with the assistance of ERU and Financial Support of the Adenauer Conrad Foundation, writes ArmInfo.
The most promising respondents consider the membership of Armenia in the European Union (46.1%). For finding in EAEU, 28.7% of respondents gave votes, 12.5% did not support any economic union, and 12.6% do not know anything about these associations.
In the matter of ensuring human rights, the lion’s share is accounted for by the EU (52%), cooperation with the United States 35%, from the Russian Federation – 26%, China – 8%, India – 4%, Iran -3.5%, Georgia 2.5%, Turkey – 0.1%. In terms of improving the quality of life, Armenian citizens consider more promising cooperation with the EU (51%), a little less support links from the United States (over 39%), followed by the Russian Federation (39%), then China (20%), Iran (10% ), India (8%), Georgia (over 4%), Turkey (over 1%)
According to the survey results, 69.7% of respondents adhere to the opinions that Armenia needs to limit relations with the Russian Federation and expand from the EU and the United States.
