The Ukrainian military continues the battles in the south and are fixed in occupied territories. This was announced by the head of the United Coordination Press Center for the defense forces of the south of Ukraine Natalya Gumenyuk.
“Our units are conducting positional battles. They are fixed in the territories in which they are located. We continue to destroy the enemy reserves, we continue to control the transport routes that they try to pull up reserves. We continue to destroy their command posts and places of concentration of personnel and equipment . This is regarding the reduction of the enemy’s forces and capacities, ”said Gumenyuk, whose words are given by Ukrainian media.
According to Gumenyuk, a large number of Russian forces still remain in the Kherson region. Gumenyuk also noted that official statements about the release of specific settlements are not provided from a humanitarian point of view.
