The Russian military will not be able to keep the left-bank part of the Kherson region, after the APU successfully conducted a counterattack on the right bank of the region, said the head of the press center of the operational command “South” Natalya Gumenyuk, Ukrainian media reports.
According to her, Russian troops began to realize that their strategy was failed, immediately after the loss of Kherson. At the same time, Gumenyuk noted, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to establish fire control over the transport arteries of Russians in the region.
“On the right bank of the Dnieper, they built a layered defense on which they retreated. Also now the enemy sets up defense positions on the left bank of the Dnieper. The enemy, having mined the coastal line, sets the fire positions in the depths of 15-20 km. And now already as much to Armenian (Crimea).
