At the end of August, when performing an official assignment in the Nasiminsky district, employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime asked a man who spoke loudly on a mobile phone, not to violate public order. Having ignored these warnings, Fuad Aliyev (the name and surname of the conventions – ed.) Continued to swear by phone, after which law enforcement officials invited him to the police department. Having refused to go to the police station voluntarily, the man was mandatory to the police, and a protocol was drawn up in relation to him under Article 535.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal requirement of the police). During the court hearing, the man said that he was nervous during a conversation on a mobile phone with the debtor and therefore spoke in a loud tone.
“two people in civilian clothes came up to me and asked to lower the tone. I ignored their warnings because I was nervous. Then they invited me to the police station, but I refused to go. Then the police put me in the car and took me to the station. I understood my mistake and regret what had happened. I was not going to show disrespect for the police. “
The court issued a decision on the administrative arrest of a man for a period of 15 days on the basis of the protocol.
