As Result Of Floods And Murmur Of Landslides In Nepal, More Than 240 People Died

at least 241 people died as a result of floods and a landslides in Nepal, reports India Today.

Rescue services continue to search and rescue work, during which more than 4 thousand people have already been saved. It is reported that thousands of residents remain under the rubble.

Prime Minister Nepal Khadga Pracad Sharma Oli admitted that during rescue operations by the government some malfunctions were allowed. He instructed the government to provide all the necessary support to rescue services.

According to the deputy prime minister of Eagnarayan Aryal, in addition to the dead, 29 people are listed as missing, and 126 were injured.
