The National Council to reduce the risk of disasters and risk management (NDRRMC) has published a statement about hurricanes, the Filipino News Agency (PNA) reports.
According to NDRRMC, 23 people were killed as a result of hurricanes, 13 were injured and 15 are missing.
According to this information, about a million people were injured from hurricanes.
NDRRMC also said that 63 thousand people are evacuated to safe places.
