Azerbaijan Agroholding Karat Holding intends to build a hotel on the site of historic buildings with trade shops of the partnership “Vasily Osipovich Krasavin with brothers” in the Tagansky district of Moscow, reports Haqqin.az with reference to the Russian publication “Vedomosti”.
As clarified in the material of the publication, it follows from the reporting of the company that is part of the company “Conrece”, which owns the rights to 0.3 hectares of the Earth in the Big Semi-Volos Lane. It also indicates that five buildings located here are almost 2 thousand “squares” are already demolished.
According to the company’s representative of the company, Karat Holding has become the owner of the buildings about five years ago. At first she planned to handate them, then, considering the business unprofitable, decided to build on their place of the hotel. The details of the project in the company did not disclose, specifying that the work site had already begun. Introduce the object to the system is planned in 2023, follows from the “conrequis” documents.
As Moskomstroyinvest reported, the city planning and land commission of Moscow approved the construction of the hotel in the large semi-surveyor alley of the hotel with a common ground with an area of 11.3 thousand “squares”. This volume allows you to place 140-150 numbers there. Investments in the construction of real estate experts are estimated at 1.2-1.5 billion rubles. They also do not exclude that in the end the apartments will appear here.
The complex on Taganka will be the first Karat Holding project in the hotel segment in Moscow. The company specializes mainly at the production of flour and pasta and is one of the largest agro-treated Azerbaijan. Its owner is an ex-deputy, Azerbaijan Oligarch Asabil Gasimov. In addition, Karat Holding is engaged in the construction and management of real estate. She has assets both in the regions (for example, the Source Sanatorium in Essentuki) and in Moscow. Last year, she bought the unfinished business center “Bernikov” in the Taganka area.
