Aselsan introduced air defense systems at IDEF exhibition in Istanbul

The Turkish defense company Aselsan introduced the air defense system systems at the International IDEF-2023 defense industry in Istanbul.

The company, in particular, presented the hybrid air defense system Gürz.

ASELSAN exhibits also included the Göksur missile system, the Gökdemi̇r missile launch system and the mobile system of laser weapons Gökberk.

As the head of the Office of the Office of the Office of the Office of Turkey, Haluk Gergun, noted during the exhibition, to date, air defense systems are in demand around the world.

According to him, over the past period, Turkey has achieved significant success in this area.

Aselsan CEO Akhmet Akiool, in turn, noted that the new domestic air defense systems will reduce Turkey’s dependence on the supply of these products from abroad.

In Istanbul, the 16th International Exhibition of Defense Industry IDEF-2023.

The event, which is among the world’s largest sites to demonstrate the new products of the military -industrial complex, is held from July 25 to July 28 at the Tüyap exhibition center.

The exhibition was organized for the 16th time of the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey under the patronage of the presidential administration.
