Assad pardoned all terrorists

Syrian President Bashar Assad issued a decree on universal amnesty for citizens engaged in terrorist activities, reports Sana.

According to the decree, citizens who committed crimes who did not lead to the deaths of people are exempted from criminal punishment until April 30, 2022.

At the same time, the victims retain the right to arouse a judicial claim in relation to the suspects.

In May last year, Assad amnested citizens noticed for the giving bribes, falsification of official data, in the sale of narcotic substances. In addition, minor citizens are amnestied.
