Kazakhstan and China signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of trade and economic research. On Thursday, May 18, the official Internet resource of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reports.
The document was signed during the state visit of the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev in the PRC
Signatures under it were set by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangar and Minister of Commerce of China Van Wento.
A memorandum is focused on the further promotion and development of Kazakh-Chinese trade and economic cooperation at a qualitatively new level, including the coordination of partnership between the research organizations of the two countries.
The document provides for the necessary research, joint analytical and other reviews, the exchange of advanced experience and information between the Center for Trade and Economic Strategies Public Fund (Kazakhstan) and the Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. Research areas-bilateral trade in terms of improving the business environment, the development of electronic commerce, transit and logistics potential of Kazakhstan and China, improving the Institute of Special Economic Zones, “green” development, new energy and other important issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
