In the Astarinsky district prosecutor’s office, it was reported that on October 10, a resident of the village Archiva Astarinsky district of Elnara Aliyev entered the Central District Hospital with a diagnosis of “drug poisoning” and died the next day.
According to the report, as a result of the investigation, it was found that Elnare Allya Medical Assistance was not provided in a timely manner in full, as a result of which she died.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated in the Astarinsky district prosecutor’s office under Article 314.2 (negligence, which caused the death of the victim or other serious consequences) of the Criminal Code. The investigation continues.
