Xiaomi plans to develop a smart home system, which will be controlled by the power of thought. Representatives of the company said this when summing up the results of their online Hacathon.
The best project of Hakaton (developers’ competitions – ed.) was the MIGU project to manage the “smart” house by the power of thought. The project consisted of several parts: applications with artificial intelligence and sensors that read the brain activity of the “owner”.
As the developers say, the device will receive an approximate electroencephalogram of human EEG, after which the MIGU artificial intelligence will recognize different EEG parameters that the brain creates in various situations. Potentially, this will allow you to control electronics in the house and even drive cars if MIGU will use drivers.
It is still unknown when the device appears and its serial production will be launched.
