In Baku, at the International Center for Education and Innovation of the XXI Century, a scientific and laboratory center was opened, equipped with modern equipment and means that fully meet world standards and all existing requirements of international curricula, including safety. In the laboratory, called Steam Hub, all conditions are created for the comprehensive development of students.
In the modern Steam Hub, which combines science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics, students will be able to develop the skills of the 21st century, such as the ability to research and critical thinking.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, General Director of the Pasha Bank OJSC department and other guests. The center was created with financial support of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund and Pasha Bank.
The chairman of the supervisory board of the International Center for Education and Innovation of the 21st Century Farhad Garashev opened the event and cut a red ribbon. Then the guests examined the rooms of physics, chemistry, biology, and got acquainted with the students conducted by the students prepared by them. Having examined the laboratory, the guests shared their impressions.
Note that the XXI century International Educational and Innovation Center was created in 2001 as one of the first private schools in Azerbaijan. This is currently one of the advanced educational centers for children 3-17 years old. The center operates Azerbaijani, Russian and English departments, training is held according to national and well -known international curricula (Cambridge). More than 500 students study here.
