as part of the development of the flight program in March 2023, Azerbaijani Airlines CJSC will begin to perform flights from Baku to the largest city of Kazakhstan of Almaty, the airline said.
“So, from March 17, AZAL plans to start flights on the Baku -Almaty – Baku route with a frequency of two flights a week – on Tuesdays and Fridays,” the message says.

Flights can be purchased on the website of Azerbaijani Airlines, through a mobile application, as well as in accredited airline agencies.
Only those categories of passengers will be accepted for flights who are allowed to fly in the conditions of current restrictions introduced due to pandemia Covid-19.

Note that at present, the BUTA AirWays, which is part of AZAL CJSC, performs flights along the Baku -Aktau – Baku route three times a week.
