President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on making a change in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 15, 2019 “On the establishment of a presidential pension for persons who care about the disabled groups of group I and children with disabilities not reached 18 years.”
According to the decree, the amount of pension to persons who care for the disabled people of the first group increased from 50 to 80 manat.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is entrusted to solve issues arising from this Decree. Decree comes into force on January 1, 2022.
