In Azerbaijan, a criminal case has been instituted against Armenian saboteurs.
On the Saturday of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Border Service of the Azerbaijan, it is said that the attempt of the Armenian sabotage group to violate the state border of Azerbaijan was prevented on May 26 in the Zangilalanian district of the republic.
Thanks to the vigilance of the military, the movement of the sabotage group was timely discovered.
According to investigation, saboteurs, including Aratyut Khovakimyan and Karen Gazaryan, illegally crossed the state border in order to violate public security in Azerbaijan and the formation of panic among the population.
saboteurs opened fire on border troops in the village of Razdar, Zangilalan district. Two military personnel of the Armed Forces of Armenia were detained.
Currently, the necessary investigative measures are being held in the criminal case.
