Today in Bosnian Sarajevo started the open European Judo Cup, in which Azerbaijani athletes participate.
On the first day of the competition, our judoists won gold and silver. In the weight category up to 60 kg, the final turned out to be purely Azerbaijani: for the 1st place fought Turan Bayramov and Samir Piriev. The Turan won, who became the owner of the Golden Medal.
Total Azerbaijan on this competition represent 12 judoists and 6 judisists.
