Azerbaijan Airlines organizes flights for the transportation of women and children from Romania, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elnur Mamedov told reporters.
Deputy Minister noted that at 12:00 local time the evacuation of Azerbaijani citizens from Kyiv by train will begin by train.
“they will return to their homeland by going to the territory of Romania through the Moldavian border. Part of the citizens will be delivered from Romania to Bulgaria, and then through Turkey to Azerbaijan,” added Mamedov.
Mamedov also stressed that from the first day Azerbaijan helped evacuate 180 Turkish citizens from Kharkov.
