In the framework of state events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the membership of the Russian Federation in the Council of Europe, on 19 May 2021, an international event “Electronic Justice: transparency, efficiency and access to justice” took place at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
The event organized by this educational institution, which occupies a special place in the formation of world-class politicians, on behalf of the Council of Europe as the head of the European Commission on the Efficiency of Justice (SepeJ / Cepej), opened the Azerbaijani judge Ramin Gurbanov and made a presentation on the topic. The meeting with a welcoming speech was attended by Chairman of the Union of Judges of Russia Viktor Momotov, officials of the Council of Europe, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly. The meeting also contains the book of the former chairman of the European Court of Human Rights of Professor Losos-Alexander Sicilyanosa “Individual complaints in the European Convention on Human Rights”.
At the same time, during the session “Digitalization of the judicial system and justice” of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, held annually, with the support of the President of Russia on May 18-22, 2021, at the invitation of the leadership of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the head of the European Commission on Efficiency of Justice Council of Europe Ramin Gurbanov told On the situation with the introduction of e-justice in Europe and the results achieved in this area. At this session, the Director General of the Irish Judicial Service Angela Dennig and other officials were also attended.
Note that state figures of Europe and the CIS, heads of jutorials, judicial bodies, prosecutors and other departments, well-known specialists in various fields of law, prominent scientists, and representatives of authoritative legal companies and international organizations participated in the specified forum. / P>
