Milli Majlis (National Assembly, Parliament) of Azerbaijan appealed to the president with a proposal to dissolve the parliament and transfer the parliamentary elections planned for November.
The corresponding proposal was made by the Yeni Azerbaijan party due to the fact that on November 11-22 the 29th session of the conference of the parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 29) will be held in the country.

The initiative of the Eni Azerbaijan party received the support of other parties and independent deputies.
