The director of secondary school No. 1 of the village of Nazirli Bardinsky district, Yusif Najafov, complained that he was beaten by the English teacher Aiten Nurueva. The complaint was considered by the Bardinsky District Court.
Nurueva did not plead guilty in court, and accused Najafova of allegedly inviting her to become an accomplice in illegal matters, and when she refused, she pushed him out the door, after which she turned to the police.
Najafov, in turn, said that he was dissatisfied with the results of the diagnostic assessment of Nurueva. On this basis, a conflict allegedly arose, during which the teacher herself, her husband and mother used physical strength to him. The director said that he did not make peace with Nurueva and demands to punish her.
Bardinsky District Court found Aiten Nuruev, guilty under Article 157 of the Code of Administrative Assignments and fined it for 300 manat.
