The Executive Committee of the International Sports Firing Federation (ISSF) decided to hold the 2023 World shooting championship in Azerbaijan, reports haqqin.az with reference to the official website of ISSF.
The competition is planned to be held from August 14 to August 31, 2023. Initially, the World Cup was planned to be held in Russia, but for obvious reasons, the tournament should have been postponed. As a result, the ISSF executive committee chose Baku, where the World Cup took place this year.
