For what reason, Ismailov died, while it is unknown. Investigation is conducted.
Recall, according to SGB, the former head of the Department of National Security Department Zakir Ismailov was brought to secret cooperation by foreign special services in exchange for material remuneration. He was arrested in 2018 on charges of Article 274 (State Treason) of the Criminal Code. Together with Ismailov, his wife Nazket Ismailov was arrested.
The verdict of the court Z. Izmailov was convicted for 19 years, his wife N. Ismaailova – by 10 years of imprisonment.
