Member of the Union of Writers of Azerbaijan, representative of the World Union of Afsharov in Azerbaijan, the poet Shokhlof Afshar died from stopping the heart in Adana, where he went to participate in the event.
As reported by Haqqin.az, with reference to Turkish media, Shokhlat Afshar was invited to an event dedicated to the 6th anniversary of the World Union of Apchars. There he suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized to Adana’s city hospital.
Despite the intervention of doctors, Afshar died. The poet will be buried in Azerbaijan.
