According to information, 5th place in the list ranked the name “Mamedov”, 8th place – “Mamedova”.
In the country, the name “Mamedov” is 14 945, and “Mamedov” – 13,071 people.
Another Azerbaijan surname “Aliyev” ranks 4th in popularity among male surnames, and Aliyev – 5th place among women’s. In Georgia, the last name “Aliyev” is 9,084 people, and Aliyev – 9,079 people.
The most common last name in Georgia is Beridze. The number of carriers of the most popular surname – 29,684 people.
Note that in the aggregate of the name “Mamedov” and “Mamedov” ranked second in the country.
