AZERCONNECT and AZERTELECOM leaders were held with students studying at Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry on the topic “Future in your hands”.
At a meeting organized as part of cooperation with Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, students studying on IT specialties took part.
A meeting of the management of companies with students was organized with the aim of exchanging opinions with students, familiarizing them with the future telecommunications sector in the country and modern ICT trends, bringing to students of existing capabilities of work and internships in AzerConnect and Azertelecom companies, as well as creating direct communication between companies and students.
The event was attended by AzerConnect Director Matan Babaeva, Director of Information Technologies in the AzerConnect Parviz Ismailov, as well as Azertelecom CEO of ANDASHASHIDSE. The speakers spoke about the professions of the future in the field of ICT, the prospects for the development of the IT industry and telecommunications, about the Internet today and the future, and also answered numerous students’ questions. The moderator of the event was Rasim Abdullaev, an adviser to the rector of information technology and innovation of Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry.
