The gas supply source is determined, the gasification scheme and the request form is drawn up. Based on these documents on the orders of a citizen, a contracting organization that has a license is developed a project to gasify an individual residential building. Based on the contract concluded between a citizen and contracting organization, work on laying gas lines of a private residential building and in the prescribed manner are commissioned. After the completion of these works on the application of the contractor on “Azerigaz”, the installation of a gas meter is carried out for free, the subscriber code opens, the gas purchase agreement with the citizen in the appropriate manner and provides the supply of natural gas.
In the absence of a line on the street, a citizen must first go to the ASAN Communal or Asan Xidmət centers in order to obtain technical conditions on the outdoor line laying. Through these “Azerigaz” centers, it provides a citizen technical conditions for laying a street line without full payment. After receiving the technical conditions, the citizen still turns to a contracting organization, which has a special permit in this area. The contractor’s organization is being developed by the project of the street-road network, according to the requests of citizens and their own funds, the street-road network is labeled, and in the prescribed manner is commissioned. From the side of “Azerigaz” provides a supply of natural gas to this street line, and then citizens in private, contacting the contracting organization, carry out individual gasification.
