Azerishig OJSC headed for the constant use of modern, innovative technologies. This was announced at the press conference by the director of the Department of Information Technology Galib Gamidov and Deputy Director of OJSC Vusal Isaev. According to them, 5 innovations have been added to electronic services.
The following are the following:
1. Now subscribers will be able to translate the subscriber code with a name in the name online through the website of the electronic government. Moreover, this service will be free. That is, the subscriber will be able to change the subscriber’s code to another name without leaving home. To do this, you will not need to contact the ASAN centers.
2. Citizens will have advanced access to subscriber history. This will allow them to see monthly and annual reports, as well as the sequence of payments in the system. The subscriber will receive detailed information about the terms of payment, electricity and limits. At the same time, on the electronic portal it will be possible to make online applications and sign contracts.
3. Subscribers from the population category can submit an online application for connecting to the power supply network. To do this, a citizen needs to go to the “Subscriber connection from the category of the population to the power supply network” on the portal of the electronic government, select the necessary capacity, add the registry data and send an application. In the case of an electronic application, the appeal is executed within the specified time, depending on the choice of a citizen, in accordance with the required norms.
4. The function of electronic submission of an application for damage to the meter is also activated. After submitting an application, Azerishyg OJSC examines the counter at the specified address within 3 days and replaces the damaged counter with a new one. Information about the results of the audit is sent to the email address of the subscriber.
5. Non -resident subscribers – foreign and local investors will also be able to apply for connecting to the mains of Azerishig OJSC online without visiting ASAN centers. Until the meter is set, they will not have contact with employees. To do this, the Nereziean subscriber is authorized with the identification code through the portal of the electronic government and fills out the relevant sections. The appeals of non-resident subscribers are realized within 20 days.
