Baghdad and Ankara continue negotiations on problem of RSC

Baghdad and Ankara continue negotiations regarding the solution of the problem of the terrorist organization of the RSC. About this in an interview with the correspondent of the Anadolu agency said the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Iraq Hisham al-Alavi.

According to him, the settlement of this issue is important not only to ensure the national security of the two countries, but also for the implementation of projects such as the “Development Road”. The project to call to connect Iraq with European countries through Turkey through a network of road and railway highways.

Alawy emphasized that the Iraq authorities consider the presence and activities of the RSC in the country illegal and absolutely unacceptable.

The deputy minister emphasized that Iraq and Turkey “should be understood with one -way concern, and not act unilaterally.”

According to him, the solution to the “Problem of the RKK” No “Fixed Model”. “But we definitely do not believe that we can solve this problem with unilateral actions,” he added.

Speaking about the project “Development Road”, Alavi expressed confidence that the implementation of this initiative will contribute not only to the development of the economy of Iraq and Turkey, but also such countries of the region as Qatar and the UAE.

He recalled that along with laying the road and railway highways, the project provides for the construction of industrial cities.

“In order to use all the advantages of the” Development Road “project, primarily regarding Iraq and Turkey, we must not only build an infrastructure, but also form a favorable environment both at the regional level and in Iraq and Turkey itself”, -sed the deputy minister.

The interlocutor of the agency emphasizing that Baghdad attaches important importance to neighboring countries in order to ensure regional stability. According to him, the vision of the Iraq authorities consists in the need for cooperation of neighboring countries in order to put an end to conflicts and wars in the region. “If there is no peace, we will not be able to achieve economic integration,” he concluded.
