According to the investigation, the head of the Department of the Chief Clinical Hospital of the Armed Forces Wusal Euvazov during the fulfillment of official duties through another employee of Husein Agayeva extorted funds in the form of bribes in exchange for the establishment of the degree of injury received by them in the second Karabakh war for paying One-time social insurance benefits.
As a result of the operational investigative activities, Wushal Evazov and Huseyn Agayev were detained at the time of receiving a bribe. V.Aivazov was brought to justice as an accused under articles 311.3.2 (re-obtaining a bidder), 32.5, 311.3.2 (participation in re-obtaining a bribe) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, with respect to him by the decision of the court elected a preventive measure in the form of a conclusion under Guide.
