April 8, at about 14:00, the Garadagh district prosecutor’s office received information about the death of Akhmedov Ali Mukhtara Oglu (1997) as a result of injuries received during repair work in a stone career located in the village of Goradagsky district.
As reported by Haqqın.az in the district prosecutor’s office, as a result of the investigation it was established that Ali Ahmedov died on the spot from injuries obtained from the fact that during the repair of the tractor in the stone career, the tractor’s cabin was addressed.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated in the prosecutor’s office of the Garadagh district under Article 162.2 (violation of the rules of labor protection, which caused the death of a person’s death) of the Criminal Code.
The investigation continues.
