Baku and Tehran are working on a roadmap of economic cooperation, Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with a visit to Baku, head of Iran by Hossaine Amir Abdollahian.
“Currently, the relevant structures conduct work on the preparation of the roadmap, the projects planned for implementation will be included here. This will be discussed at the next meeting of the Azerbaijani-Iran intergrowth on economic cooperation,” said Bayramov.
According to him, the roadmap will be approved in the coming months.
Speaking of joint projects implemented by Iran and Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov mentioned the construction of Hudaperin power plants, “Gyz Galasi”, Ordubad, as well as the construction of a bridge over Astarachay, the further development of the Iran corridor – Azerbaijan – Russia and the launch of the joint automotive Plant in Neftal.
