In the Baku court for serious crimes, a court investigation was completed in the criminal case of a former police officer Elvin Gashimli, accused of large -scale fraud.
haqqin.az reports that at the court hearing, the chairmanship of Judge Azad Medzhidov against E. Gashimli, an acquittal was sentenced. The court decided that the accusation of fraud against the Mokhkem Samedov recognized by the victims has not been proven.
The investigative authority Elvin Gashimli was charged under article 178.4 (fraud) of the Criminal Code. A criminal case was instituted against him on the basis of a complaint of M. Samedov. In his complaint, Samedov noted that Gasimli owed him one and a half million dollars.
Note that Elvin Gashimli worked in the criminal investigation department of the Khatainsky district police department.
