Last year, Azerbaijan continued to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. This is stated in the report of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic for 2024.
According to the document, in 2024 the delivery of electrical equipment to Ukraine completed (worth $ 7.6 million), which was started in 2023 by the relevant decree of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyeva.
In total, 107 trucks with electrical equipment were sent to Ukraine.
Also, to repair the canopy of the children’s library in Kyiv, financial assistance was provided in the amount of $ 30,000.
The total volume of humanitarian aid, including support for the restoration and reconstruction provided by Azerbaijan Ukraine exceeded $ 40 million.
