The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan responded to the video distributed on the eve of social networks, on which the beating of a school teacher is visible by an unknown person.
“As a result of operational and search measures conducted by law enforcement officers, it was established that the crime was committed by 22-year-old Farid Efendisade,” said Haqqin.az in the press service of the department.
In the Ministry of Internal Affairs also noted that under this fact a criminal case under Article 221.3 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code was established in the investigative department of the Khatai police. Farid Efendisade was detained and attracted to the investigation as a suspect. The investigation is currently continuing.
