At the Baku Grave Crimes Court, the court session on the criminal case against the former chairman of the Bakılift-2 Specialized Production Department Ruslan Dilanov has ended.
According to local media reports, the decision was read out at the trial chaired by Judge Ramella Allahverdiyeva.
According to the verdict, since the charges against Ruslan Dilanov were not proven during the trial, he was acquitted and released from the courtroom.
Note that R. Dilanov was charged under Articles 179 (misappropriation or embezzlement), 308 (abuse of office) and 313 (official fraud) of the Criminal Code.
