The prosecutor’s office of the Surakhan district of Baku received information that on November 13 at about 11:00 two people were injured as a result of shots from firearms.
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, during the investigative actions, reasonable suspicions were revealed that Eldar Dadashev (born in 1955) during the conflict shot from the hunting rifle to his ex -wife Nazilya Pirimov (born in 1958) and born) son, Agali Dadashev (born in 1988).
The prosecutor’s office of the Surakhan district opened a criminal case under Article 29, 120.2.7 (attempt to deliberately killing two or more persons) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. E. Dadashev was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation.
