In the Baku Court of Crime, the trial ended with the 35-year-old Elsamin Agayev, a resident of the Agdam region accused of inflicting his wife.
According to Haqqin.az, the incident occurred on March 4 of this year in the residential complex GOU Park 1 “of the village of Lokbatan of the Garadagsky district. Elzamin Agayev during a family conflict attacked Minai Agayev with a knife on his wife. There was a mother -in -law, Zulfi Najafova, who was trying to protect his daughter.
Elsamin Agayev found himself partially guilty of the charges against him. In his testimony, he said that he and Minai created a family in 2012, they had 3 children, and they lived together. The reason for the conflict, the defendant called the constant intervention of the mother -in -law in their family affairs. According to him, Najafova, in particular, incited her daughter to a divorce. As for the knife wound he inflicted, Agayev assured that it was not intentional. The victim Mina Agaeva in her testimony denied what the accused said and stated that there was nothing positive in their family life, on the contrary, their relationship deteriorated 6 months after the wedding. The husband constantly insulted and threatened her for no reason. According to the victim, after the birth of their youngest son in 2017, Elsamin Agayev left his family, was not interested in children and did not pay alimony – earlier Minai filed a lawsuit. The woman with three children was helped by parents.
Soon, Mina, with the help of her mother, bought a new apartment in the residential complex “Gobu Park 1”. However, after moving there, Agayev appeared and demanded that the mother -in -law be put out of the house. During the quarrel, which began from a bank card, he hit Mina with a knife. According to the woman, Elsamin put a knife to her throat, demanding apologies from her.
