Baku: Trial Of Leaders Of Separatists Of Karabakh Continues

In the Baku court complex, the court hearing in the case of accused of war crimes committed by the former Armenian separatist regime Karabakh continues. The meeting is chaired by the judge of the Baku Military Court of Zeynal Agayev.

The borders of the former separatist regime in Karabakh are accused of committing crimes against humanity, including an aggressive war, genocide, forced relocation, torture, military robbery and other crimes committed against Azerbaijan and its people.

In relation to 15 persons, including the former leader of the separatists of Karabakh Araik Harutyunyan, Arkady Gukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Ishkhanyan Davita Saakyan, David Manukyan, Davit Babayan, Levona Mnatsakanyan, Vasily Beglaryan, Eric Gazaryan, Davit Allahverdyan, Gurgen Stepanyan, Levan, Levan, Levan, Levan. Balayana, Madata Babayan, Garik Martirosyan, Melikset Pashana, charges under more than 20 articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, including planning an aggressive war, genocide, deportation, torture, military robbery and terrorism.
