A citizen who swallowed scissors has been operated on Baku, Narimanova’s medical center reports.
According to Haqqin.az, on Tuesday, September 6, a citizen who swallowed a foreign body was delivered to the medical center by an ambulance. Computed tomography and radiological examinations revealed scissors in the praximal part of the esophagus, and the patient was urgently hospitalized.
During the operation, a foreign body was removed from the oral cavity. Currently, the appropriate treatment of a citizen is ongoing.
The patient’s condition is evaluated as medium difficult.
