Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia agreed to restrict the entry for Russians. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Edgers Rinkevs, writes Reuters.
“Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia reached a fundamental agreement to limit the movement of citizens of the Russian Federation across their borders with Russia and Belarus,” said the head of the Latvian Foreign Ministry.
Exceptions will be truck drivers, diplomats, as well as those who cross the border for humanitarian or family reasons. Countries will announce new restrictions in the coming days.
