The seventh year in a row, the Association of Banks for Finance and Trade (BAFT), a subsidiary of the American Banking Association, conducts a program of future leaders (BAFT FUTURE Leaders Program). Farid Samedov, head of the Kapital Bank Technological Solution Office, who participated in the program this year, successfully completed it.
In connection with the end of the program, all graduates, including Farid Samedov, were awarded special awards during the annual BAFT Assembly in Washington. In total, 35 experts from 22 countries graduated from the program of future leaders.
The purpose of the program is to identify and support the development of talented leaders in a constantly transforming banking industry. BAFT collaborates with 280 financial institutions and non -banking organizations from 60 countries of the world, which allows you to take into account geographical diversity in the selection process and involve professionals with different experience in the program.
From May 1 to 4, 2022, Kapital Bank also took part in the global annual BAFT meeting. Kapital Bank – a member of the American Bankers Association since 2017, is the only financial institution from the CIS countries presented in the association.
